1st item! I wish the hotel had recommended that we reserve private parking & requested a ZTL pass to drive to the closet parking garage easily A nice police officer told us about this. You must give at least 2 hours notice. Great room! Great shower!!! Air conditioning & a fan. A tiny elevator after you walk up 4 small steps. Best hotel so far in our trip!

This was a great value compared to other places available. I wasn't looking to spend much time in the room, so didn't want to pay much. As expected, it was simple, no frills kind of room. The shared bathrooms were clean and sufficient. My only disappointment was that I was not able to connect to the WiFi, and could not get a response in time before I checked out.

A rustic place with some level of enchantment if your plan is to have a more simple and humble experience. On site Staff was attentive and cordial. Be ready to experience and expect a basic place (comfortable enough) but worth of the money you pay for.

We just got a threatening email saying if we do not pay for the room last night they will report us to authorities as if we have tried to scam them…this is awfully…we booked it through Expedia and provided all our information as we woke up this morning we left and continued with our journey never even thinking something like this could happen.

This was the most disgusting property/hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was dirty, stains on the walls, the windows didn't close properly, it was a very noisy area. The bathroom area was very small and bathroom sink was so tiny, it was barely big enough for one person. Since the windows didn't close properly, we all received misquito or bug bites. I gave high ratings for the area around the property since we spent as much time out of the room as we could and it was in a very convenient location.

I will be calling Expedia to demand a refund for listing such a horrible property. The comforters in the room weee torn, the room did not have a stable chair to sit on, the bed looked felt like it was going to collapse any time. The location was noisy. I have traveled a lot and used Expedia everyone, but this one was one of the worst places and I disappointed that such properties are listed. The price was not cheap for me to put up with this kinda of trashy place.

Inconvenient stay at Florence

It is a well located property in Florence, 5 min walk from SMN station, and 5 min walk from Duomo. The rooms were really spacious in such a congested place. However, we faced a number of problems during our stay in this hotel. First of all, they do not have any reception. When we reached Florence at around 11 AM, we walked from SMN station via google map, and we could not find the property. With all the luggage and a small kid, we were searching for the property. We called the number mentioned in the reservation, and no one picked up. Then we found that they sent one email in italian and after doing google translation, we found that we can store luggage in some other hotel (4 min walk). I went to that place and found we can store our luggage there. We kept the luggage there (no elevator, so had to lift the luggage) and asked the stuff there to contact the property to send us email in English and she mentioned we will get check in instructions before 2 PM. I received an email at around 1 PM with more detailed instructions how to reach there and a gate code. We went there and someone just came to clean the rooms. The rooms became ready at around 2.15 PM. On the checkout date, again we have to keep the luggage in that other hotel (no elevator) as we have train to Rome from Florence in the evening.

Otra asunto el cuartó que se rentó en Florencia en malas condiciones tu papá lo reportó a hoteles . com No teníamos luz en el cuarto solamente una lamparita súper chiquita No teníamos control para el aire acondicionado teníamos que dejar ventana abierta por lo tanto luz y mucho ruido de la calle Solamente teníamos un enchufe el de la lámpara para conectar celular Nos dejaron solamente 2 sobres de jabón No teníamos ni un solo cajón El cuarto paredes sucias y descarapeladas tomamos fotos

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schwierig zu finden,zumal gerade eine Baustelle an der Fassade ist. Sonst war alles okay.Gute Unterkunft für eine Stadtbesichtigung.Navh hinten raus,sehr ruhig,sehr sauber.Jeden Tag frische Handtücher und jeden Tag ein sehr sauberes Zimmer. Ich denke,nach vorne raus ist es sehr laut. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
