Esta muy céntrico i cerca de todo los monumentos. Ideal si te gusta ser independiente y no interaccionar con nadie. Buena calefacción que se agradeció porqué esos días hizo frio.

Kurzaufenthalt ja Aber! Nicht länger als 3 Tage

Check in unproblematisch aber unpersönlich. Es war keiner da nachmittags. Zimmer nett aber sehr klein. Harte Matratze. Sehr schmales Bett für 2. Fernseher ohne Fernbedienung aber mit Zeitschaltuhr. Ging nach 1 Std automatisch aus. Gemeinschaftsbad: WC u Dusche in einem. Für mehrere Zimmer nicht ideal. WC Spülkasten defekt. Wasser läuft stundenlang. Dusche zeitweise ohne Wasserdruck und auch kein Warmwasser. Türen lassen sich nicht leise schließen. Klemmen u müssten mal geschliffen werden. Internet funktioniert nicht. 1 Woche lang probiert. Auch andere Gäste hatten keine Verbindung. Die "Empfangsdame " kam vormittags um die Citytax einzukassieren- ohne Quittung! Auf unseren Hinweis dass WC u Dusche u Türen eine Reparatur bräuchten bekamen wir die Antwort: Das ist eine Locanda und kein Hotel! Sie zahlen hier NICHTS! (550€ für 7 Ü) Wenn es Ihnen hier nicht gefällt gehen Sie doch woanders hin! Sehr unfreundlich und ungastlich! Einziger Pluspunkt: zentrale Lage Nähe mercato u Dom. Fazit: Kurztrip ja. Nicht länger als 3 Nächte. NICHTS für Vielduscher. NICHTS für Internetnutzer.

La situation géographique est exceptionnelle. Les chambres confortables mais la n° 8 n'a pas de volet ni de double rideau donc du bruit qui vient de la place et la luminosité à 5h du matin

Me decepciono bastante. Relación precio - calidad muy mala. Los servicios en general muy malos. Pagamos extra baño privado (bastante para mi gusto) y no había una toalla de mano, la ducha perdía, el agua salía tibia. Salvo la ubicación que estábamos muy cerca todo lo demás no es recomendable. En Florencia todo es cerca así que el hecho que este céntrico para nada la hace un punto a favor. Claramente no la volvería a elegir.

Great location. Easy check in process.

Great location - just steps away from Duomo Easy check in - just contact the host in advance for self check in process. Clean apartment - the apartment smells good Good shower - shower pressure was good Shared bathroom - you have to share bathroom with another room. Not too bad.

The only good thing about the hotel is the location. 5 mins after we entered the room, the curtain fell to the ground. The wooden frame of the small mirror in the room was half broken. The shower in the bathroom did not work most of the time. The tap on the wash basin did not have much water flowing. I have to ask toilet tissue to be restocked; at one point it seemed that we were in real danger of running out toilet paper. Wifi kept dropping totally unusable after the first night, so ended up using my roaming data instead. It is an inexpensive hotel, so I was not expecting 5 star quality, but I do wish they can get the basics right.

Apartment was in central location. Minutes within the main attractions in Florence. Place is perfect for those traveling to Florence who are out the entire day sightseeing the city.
