Awesome little eclectic hotel. Fits right in with the surroundings of Florence. Comfortable room, great view, excellent staff. If it’s five star you’re looking for, pay more €€ and stay somewhere else. If it’s authentic charm you’re looking for, stay here!

Great location, amazing views. Staff were very approachable, friendly and welcoming. The ability to store luggage in the reception area was extremely helpful and convenient. The main complaints we had was our room, while clean, was outdated and not as shown in the posted pictures. Also the mini fridge in our room didn't work, which was unfortunate during the heat wave.

We liked the staff (Lorenzo was a nice help) and the stay was quite nice but the air conditioning wasn’t working very well and we ended up sweating nightly.

Quiet location on a street just 10 minute walk from the Duomo. Basic room had limited view as shutters were blocked by scaffolding. However, just grab your (paid) breakfast and pop up to the rooftop terrace with fantastic views of Duomo, Palazzo Vecchia, etc.

About a 5 minute walk to the Galleria dell’Accademia. Lots of breakfast options (cereal, toast, cornettos, eggs, fruit). Friendly staff and a great terrace for a nice view.

A bit dingy but fabulous location and great staff

Tired and dated, it could use a coat of fresh paint. I did appreciate the funky art and homey touches, though. Room was the smallest I have ever slept in but the bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and super helpful and the location was unbeatable. Breakfast was varied and generous. I would stay again.

You get what you paid for.

You get what you pay for. Location was perfect! Close to the everything. McDonald’s is really close by. We didn’t have hot water or a working tv. We were only there 2 days so we made it work. But it was not easy. There was an elevator and they did hold our luggage for the day.
