First of all the customer service lady her name is Yolanda if im right, she was very rud and unprofessional. We arrived around 10 pm and waited her about an hour. Finaly, i went down to find her. She was sitting on the third floor next to the computer, and her first quetion was who im. The hotel horrible and smels pee pee everywhere. Everything is old and seems disgasting.Im very kind person and i dont like to leave bad reviews, but on this time i will. We left from this hotel, we didnt stay there for many reasons.
