"Yes , satisfied with this hotel. Need to set it up differently. Way to long of a walk from elevator to the rooms. "

"Hyatt Place Cincinnati Airport was a pleasant place to stay. Parking was free when we stayed in March 2026, and the area was great- close to many restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues. Free breakfast each morning included hot protein options, as well as make your own fresh waffles, and the usual cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, and bread options. The room was clean, and well laid out. The pool area was a bit grubby, but it was busy being enjoyed any time we went. It would be nice if there was a washroom attached to the pool area, as it is inconvenient to dry off and walk to the other half of the hotel for kids to pee. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and appreciated the great location. We would recommend staying here, and would stay again. The nightly cost was affordable, and it was a safe pleasant stay."

"Room Needs to be Better Cleaned,Curtains nasty,top cover had Stains of some sort,Jucuzzie looked Dirty,and was Chipped up it wasnt inviting to get in, window Sesls Dirty with dead bugs all along the seal,Belterra needs better accommodations,and to put Microwaves on each Floor,the Guest cant reheat thier food,and Nowhere in the Hotels store,or Vending Machines Have Coke,Vernors gingerale,Canada Dry,or 7up,got sick and they had none of those drinks to help the stomach "

"Only stayed overnight, but the hotel and room itself was clean, and the staff that we did interact with were really friendly! Area felt safe and quiet too. Once again, another great stay at a La Quinta. "

"Clean room with plenty of space. Friendly staff. Pool was small but nice for a couple of kids. Breakfast was ok, could have offered more items. "

"Nice rooms, friendly staff. Our heater blew cool air continuously. Shower was great except the shampoo/conditioner/body eash should be placed in a different area of the shower. Continental breakfast was minimal. Worse than other hotels & if you did want something you had to pay. No non-dairy items for those qith sensitivities. Lights on the outside of our rooms were ina bad spot because you couldnt block with the curtain. Otherwise, Nice place for a stop over."
