« Juan is helpful as a desk clerk but could use a little more manners and people skills but the house keepers are super friendly and helpful there all around amazing!! The hole hotel needs help but I mean for the price you pay is what you get!! There is no pool even though it’s advertised as having one!! »

« I booket a two night stay and choose the option to pay at hotel but the hotel try to take the money off my card but they couldn't do they canceled my reservation and when we got there they said nothing tell the next day and that's when I found out what they did they the charged me two nights but only stayed one night it was $197 for one night Do not trust the hotel staff to help in any way »

« The place was super quiet, even though it was close to the highway. The mattress was not very comfortable. They have a kitchenette, but absolutely nothing to use to cook with or eat on. »

« Staff was rude , they charge you $40 check in before 4:00. They also claim to have food on site at the restaurant and pool. That is not true. The pool had no staff and the restaurant was only open in the evening after 5. They have a sign at the desk telling you to order door dash. Tub was dirty and loby was sweltering. We got there at 2:00. We could either sweat in the loby or pay the $40 ransom to get into our room and turn on the AC. No restaurant available as advertised. Be warned »

« Quiet place »

« Very clean property. Exterior, lobby and room were fresh smelling and tidy. As with most hotels, noise was a factor. I could hear televisions throughout the night along with doors slamming. I don’t believe there is much sound proofing between rooms and the hallway. Outside of the noise, the refrigerator stayed nice and cool and the AC was cold. »
