At check in, they charged me an extra amount per night. When I questioned it, the manager said: "it happens commonly" that the customer books a certain rate with Expedia, and the hotel charges a higher rate. Instead of trying to figure out why there was a discrepancy, they said they could not do anything, that I should call Expedia. So I called Expedia, Expedia called them and emailed them but they persisted in their stance. Then I emailed the hotel manager the following day. Eventually, they understood what I was pointing out and gave me money back.
I would not stay here again.
