"Did not like having to go up and down stairs in our room to go to the bathroom. Several others in the elevator stated the same thing."

"We did not eat at the restaurant in the morning. I went down our first morning in the hotel (Saturday, 5/2) and just wanted to get two (2) cups of coffee to take up to the room. There was only one server in the restaurant, and she was helping people at tables in a far section of the restaurant where she couldn't see me at the counter. After waiting over 5 minutes, and getting no service, I left and went across the street to the Starbucks in the Westin to get the coffee. I went there the remaining 2 days we stayed."

Been staying here the past 30 years and have loved this place from day one:) pool area is very nice and clean, courtyard is beautiful especially at night, rooms are updated and clean with smart tvs, toiletries are even good. The food at the restaurant is very good and the price for this place and all it has to offer is the BEST "
