They are over 30 Campgrounds in or around Flagstaff to stay and reconnect with nature. There is Lake Mary nearby about 15 mins from Flagstaff. You can ski or snowboard at Arizona Bowl or Mount Humphreys peak. Take in all the scenery Coconino Forest has to offer. Flagstaff has a near perfect location. Arizona’s dramatic landscapes are all close by. You can ski the San Francisco peaks and hike rugged canyons. Explore a desert meteor crater and camp in the Coconino National Forest. With a huge range of local RV parks and campgrounds, it’s easy to find a location for your adventures. At Lakeview Campground, you’ll find fishing and excellent hiking. Sites here have picnic tables, fire rings, and access to Lake Mary. Closer to town, sleep under at Fort Tuthill County Park.Canyon Vista sits near the hiking trails in Walnut Canyon.
