We absolutely loved this house and the property was super comfortable. It is just what my family and I needed. Beautiful weather and a prime location being in a culdesac. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back again.
This was probably one of the last times our family could get away together before our daughter left for the Airforce. With covid restrictions we didn't want to go far. Great house that feels like someone invited you into their home. Plenty of space and house had everything we needed. The fenced yard and dog door were just what we needed for our two dogs and our daughter made great use of the piano. Great location (there is a path to the lake close to the house), you are away from the city but close to everything you need. Try the zip line close by, groupon has discounts and it is well worth the money. We will be back when it heats up in Phoenix again. Thanks for opening your home to us to make some lasting memories.
The house had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway, and more. The beds were comfortable, showers hot, and the house was cool during the day with only ceiling fans, no A/C. Some of the furniture has seen better days, and could be replaced. Overall, it was a nice house. It reminded me of staying at my grandmother's house in the midwest.
It was a great stay! Our dogs loved the yard and fresh air !

Kachina Village Visit
The cleanliness of this property was TERRIBLE, Inside and outside. Animal feces was found all over the back yard, the front yard, and the driveway... Inside house floors were dirty, trash was not emptied, and TICKS were found indoors. There is not enough room on this review to state all issues. Poor rental experience. This house does not meet the reviews written prior to visit. I wish to file a further complaint with VRBO.
Everything was good as advertised. Our two dogs had a great time sniffing everything in the yard and house. Located relatively near the freeway for easy travel. Our only wish is to have some hand rails installed in the bathrooms.
It's a really quiet neighborhood with a big back yard for our dog. The house is cozy with all the things you'll need for a comfortable stay. It's a quiet neighborhood outside of Flagstaff, and it makes it nice to be able to go into town when you need/want to, but when you don't want to be in town, it's a peaceful place to be. Just what we needed to get away and not be surrounded by a million people.
We really enjoyed our stay. Everything needed for cooking indoors or out. Great family feel to the place. Very large back yard with deck and large pine trees. Despite some other homes being nearby, it was very quiet and peaceful outside.
The house was perfect for a quiet weekend away from the city. It was clean and very well stocked. I really enjoyed making a fire in the wood burning stove, it’s the evenings were cold. My dog loved the fenced in yard and doggy door. I’d visit again in a heartbeat.
The house was a very nice, comfortable, quiet, 'home' for the four of us while exploring the many attractions of the area: Grand Canyon, Sedona, Sunset Crater, Snow Bowl area for hiking. October was the perfect time for enjoying the fall colors. The deck was a great place to enjoy a glass of wine before turning in. We loved it there! Kathy
Wonderful cool weekend up north. Lots of space for everyone with 3 bedrooms and 2 living room couches, plus a well stocked kitchen and a nice bbq on the back porch. The yard is fully fenced and perfect for pets and kids. Just a very peaceful and quiet retreat!
The house was definitely not set up for a toddler to be in as there were a lot of breakable items at their eye level. We just moved them away and hid them out of sight so it was fine. However, the cleanliness is what was questionable. There were stains on the sheets and pillow cases, hair on the wall in the main bathroom, and dirt on the floors in the corners that looked as if it built up over time and not ever cleaned. However, the neighborhood was quiet, the backyard peaceful and the size of the house was perfect for our little family to stay in for the weekend. My only other complaint was how uncomfortable both the beds were. Hard, flat, noisy. Every morning we woke with an achy back. So much so that our family decided to leave a day early so that we didn’t have to sleep in the beds again.

Cool getaway
We wanted to get away from the Phoenix heat & found this place in your listings. The weather in Flagstaff was awesome. The area is beautiful & so peaceful. The house itself was dirty & dusty. Both outside decks were completely full of pine needles which we cleared out so we could sit & relax. The refrigerator was not cleaned out which limited space for our food. We finally threw out all the outdated food. The furniture is old & outdated & very uncomfortable. The trash cans outside were completely full so that we had to push down the garbage to get ours in. We will not stay here again.
We rented this home for a full month to escape the Phoenix heat and it was perfect for our family and dogs. Quiet, safe neighborhood with a bunch of trails down the street for walking and hiking.
Off the beaten path a bit for Flagstaff but has everything you need nearby. We enjoyed our stay and the hosts were very kind and easy to work with.
Well-stocked. Nice back yard. Large deck on front and back. Quiet neighbors.

Unwind and destress in the pines (with your pups)
We had a great time coming north is was just cool enough for everyone to put on sweaters and not so cold that we froze when we went outside with the pups for potty breaks late at night. The kitchen had every thing you could want to cook with even a hand mixer when I decided to do some baking. We drank cocoa and watched movies late at night, slept in till 8am, ate brunch and then napped in the sun on the patio. The dogs loved it and scouted out every inch of the back yard. There is a small park 5 mins away and Whole foods was only 15 mins away.
We will be back.

comfortable getaway from the Phoenix heat
Rustic setting in the pines with a great fenced backyard for dogs. House had everything you need. It's very cozy with beautiful handmade quilts on the walls.. As soon as we entered we felt as if we were in someone's home which made us want to take extra special care of their home while visiting.
