"Room was clean. Pillows were very flat, but that seems to be the norm where we stayed. Staff were very nice. Parking was easy. Breakfast was good with many options. Very convenient to the bridge to Skye"

"We spent two nights at the Isle of Skye Guest house. The check-in was done via codes but there was staff onsite. The rooms were comfortable and clean. It would have been nice to have an in-room mini fridge but we did have access to a microwave in the common rooms. I loved the common rooms."

Our American friends who are very fussy eaters, raved about the food, and my wife said that the porridge was the best in Scotland. "This is one of the nicest properties I've stayed at in many years: Just perfect for two people, very clean and well appointed, across the street from a great restaurant and excellent views of the Loch. There's a coin laundry in Kyle as well as a grocery store -- about 25 minutes away. Just remember to bring wash cloths if you are from America!"

"This hotel oozed uniqueness. It has many lovely aspects, especially the Staff. We were very impressed with the help of Gillian, her daughters, and Matti, although there were many others who were of great assistance during our stay. The food here is truly memorable. Every meal is a wonderful feast. The sitting room and superb grounds are everything you’d imagine in a destination Country Inn."
