"The property was awful, elevator broken, stains on stairs and most of the furniture. Door knob was loose, door hard to open, inside latch on door broken off and room smelled wet. We immediately left and gave back the keys - felt unsafe. We were offered another room but from what we saw it wouldn’t have made a difference. They even recommended another hotel to us which let us know they know they are aware of their issues. Would not recommend this to anyone."

"Front desk guy had a great attitude every night and was very helpful with any questions about local travel and food. Pillows were nice and soft. Room was clean. Well maintained. Great experience!"

"Excellent staff and a beautiful hotel overall. The only issue during our stay was that one of the elevators was out of service during a busy competition weekend at the conference center. We ended up waiting about 20 minutes just to get down from the 7th floor."

"The entire stay was excellent, the only thing was we had no signal on the TV the nice girl at the office she even tried to set it up. No iron or iron board, no blow dryer ( not sure if these are included anymore) that was it. It was definitely clean and were assisted promptly when we had problems with the TV."
