### Beautiful Lake View 3 Bedroom Cottage 321-PF

This beautiful cottage located in the main amenity area is a 2 bedroom and loft, with space to sleep 7!  
  
Entrance level is 14 steps from ground level, and features 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, a full washroom, and an open dining/kitchen/living room with patio doors to a large deck. The deck is outfitted with a BBQ and lounge furniture.  
  
The second floor is 14 stairs up and here you will find a partially open loft with queen size bed as well as a second bedroom with a double bed and a twin bed in the same room. There is also another full bathroom.  
  
This cottage is in the main amenity area on Madrid Way, so if you are looking for something close to all the action, this is a great location for you!  
  
This cottage sleeps a maximum of 7 guests, including children  
This cottage is pet friendly (fees apply)  
Driveway parking for 2 cars  
  
Bring the whole family to LaCasa Lakeside Resort and enjoy all it has to offer! With 2 swimming pools and 2 hot tubs, mini golf, tennis, basketball, pickleball, and volleyball courts there is no lack of activities! Not to mention the private beach, aqua park and miles of nature in your backyard. There is truly something for everyone here in wine country, and sunshine paradise.  
  
Cancellation up to 14 days prior to your arrival, minus the booking fee. Should you wish to cancel within this period your deposit will be fully refunded, minus the booking fee.  
  
Final payment is charged to your card 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable for the full amount of your booking.  
  
We do our best to ensure reservation arrangements are satisfactory, however, the Property does not accept any liability for any loss financial or otherwise, travel delay, injury, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond our control.
