"Staying here is a wonderful and unique experience in one of the oldest homes in Alton. There is a great view of the Mississippi River from many of the windows and the porch. There is a park within easy walking distance to see more river views from the bluffs. The house is very comfortable and has lots of beautiful spaces to relax in."

"We wish the pool was warmer !!!! The last 2 steps leading into the pool are STEEP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was very clean and there were towels waiting on the backs of the chairs which was VERY convenient !!!"

"Property is located just out of town and is on the end of a horseshoe of houses. We had plans in Jerseyville, Alton, and Grafton and this location made it easy to get to all three. The house is very neat and clean and comfy. It's a 2 bedroom house with queen beds and a pull out sofa in the living room that has a queen bed. The hosts communicated very well. We had no problems finding the place or checking in. It was a very nice stay and I would highly recommend it."
