I would suggest a welcome message is sent in advance to guests asking to confirm their contact details for direction advice and arrival time etc as well as notifying guests that they need to give some notice if they want the hotel to arrange guide/transport. They definitely try hard to get everything right for you which is admirable. I would stay here again as...

The staff, especially Tariq, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and provided great insights into the area and places to visit. Keep in mind that the property is located in the medina at the end of a narrow alley, offering a truly authentic Moroccan neighborhood experience. It’s about a 3-5 minute walk from where a taxi would drop you off. Definitely worth returning for the experience and exceptional...
