The alleyway leading to the Riad has no lighting, we arrived at night and the alley was pitch black. We used the lights on our phones to help us find our way. The breakfast area was pretty and the breakfast was lovely. The staff was friendly, but could be pushy. Our check in was handled by Houssen and I can’t say enough about how wonderful he was. He helped get our train tickets for the following day. He made sure we were happy and content with our beautiful upgraded room. He should be given every opportunity to advance in this profession.
