"Visited CoCo Key in late March with my 6 and 9 year old daughters. We loved the hotel- were some things run down sure but for the price the place was great. The food was about 6/7 out of 10 (would suggest grabbing snacks before arriving), drinks were expensive but good, staff was excellent and most importantly- we felt safe while staying there. My girls were able to roam back and forth from pools and I was never worried on safety. We would 100% book this place again."

"We loved the fact that they serviced our room every day. We got fresh towels and bed made up. The property was clean. The pool was wonderful. Grand kids loved it. We also enjoyed the shuttle to and from Universal. The drivers were very friendly. It was a good experience. "

"The hotel is too costly to be that outdated. You have to pay $38 per night to park and you’re not guaranteed a parking spot if the hotel is crowded. Room was not clean "

"The room was nice and clean as well as the property. When I needed a change of linens, the front desk associate was very helpful and coordinating that and the housekeepers came rather quickly. I like that there is a restaurant on site with a bar, there’s a pizzeria, ice cream shop, and a mini market that has food and necessities. There’s also a tiki bar and a food place by the pool."

"Stay away from this hotel! The accommodation rooms are disgusting, the carpets are stained, the ceilings have spot on them (and I don't want to know what it was from), the air conditioner barely cools the room, bathrooms are in disrepair, hair dryer was broken, closet doors were broken, no hangers, no Housekeeping to ask for hangers, Front Desk never answers their phone, we were told the pool hours upon check in, only to see notices all around the hotel that the pool is closed....... Don't be fooled with the photos, the first one isn't even of the hotel, it's a stock image!"
