We arrived early and asked if there was any possibility of an early check in, the young lady at the desk did a quick check and got us in right away. Our room was in a perfect location for us. Ground floor, close to courtyard and pool. The room was everything we expected, we did have a bit of trouble with the AC but were still quite comfortable.

When I arrived, the staff were so friendly and helpful. They explained about the breakfast hours and the parking. The room was clean and had a great shower. The staff were always willing to bring you fresh towels during the day , if needed.It’s located on a street that’s close to other eateries, which was very nice. I had a lovely time staying there and would not hesitate to stay again.

Excellent Hotel in a Perfect Location
I had a wonderful stay at The Royal Sonesta Chase Park Plaza St. Louis. The location is excellent, especially if you need to visit Washington University or explore the Central West End. One of the best things about the hotel is that it is right across from Forest Park, a beautiful and enormous park where you can walk for a very long time and enjoy the scenery. The surrounding streets are also beautiful, clean, and pleasant to walk around.
