This property uses a system of code bar to enter the property since there is no staff after 6pm. The code bar was sent to my phone but never worked. I had to call the security guard every night to be able to enter and jump the gate in the day time to enter. Every day in the morning the staff recheck ...

Copal was a very nice place to stay. I would definitely stay again, only next time I will request a suite on the other side of the property as there was a bar across the street that fancies itself a club. The music was quite loud, which made sleep elusive for me.
