Finca Miquel Tomas is located just outside Cas Concos, nestled in the beautiful countryside of southeastern Mallorca, and offers everything you could want for a personalized vacation in peace and seclusion. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find breathtaking almond and olive groves, as well as pastures for horses and sheep.<br><br>The rustic house is comfortably furnished. From the spacious entryway, you enter the cozy, bright living and dining area with a closed fireplace. Large doors lead out to the veranda with a dining table, which offers a fantastic view of the entire surrounding area. The lower level also features a very well-equipped, spacious kitchen with a dining area. There is an utility room with a washing machine. Additionally, there are two double bedrooms here, both of which offer wonderful panoramic views, and an adjoining bathroom with a bathtub. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where the master bedroom is located. This room has its own sun terrace. Another attractive double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a large family bathroom with a bathtub complete the upper level.<br><br>From the veranda, a small staircase leads to the beautiful, large pool area, which is completely fenced in and equipped with child-friendly steps. Here, lounge chairs invite you to sunbathe while enjoying the magnificent view. From the rear terrace, you also have access to a shower room with a toilet. The garden features a brick barbecue area and a seating area.
