"Eine schöne, etwas in die Jahre gekommene einstöckige Finca! Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Außenanlage und ein großer Pool! Im Haus sind schon einige Mängel, defekte Fliegengitter in zwei der drei Schlafzimmer, keine vernünftigen Nachttische, nur 4 Aussenstühle auf der Terrasse ( wir waren nur zu zweit)! Kein Mückenschutz in den Badezimmern! Gute Lage zwischen Felanitx und Cala d‘Or etwas abseits der Straße, die man dennoch hört! Das Grundstück ist fast nicht einsehbar, das ist sehr schön!"

"***WARNING – DO NOT BOOK THIS VILLA***Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing and included two serious safety incidents. On our first night, the glass shelf in the fridge suddenly shattered, sending glass across the kitchen floor and cutting one of our guests’ foot and leg. We then spent hours cleaning it up. Later in the holiday, a 14-year-old girl fell from the hammock because it had been installed incorrectly. Thankfully, she wasn’t more seriously injured, but the outcome could...

"The villa was well equipped and furnished in a very quiet part of town. Plenty of outside space which was vey safe even for an under-2. The second bathroom is accessed through the kitchen and the rear yard which isn’t ideal. It’s a 10-minute walk to the sea up and down some sloping streets."
