Beautiful home in Portocolom

Even from a distance, you can see two tall palm trees planted on the terrace of Villa Once Pinos. If you are curious when you arrive, a walk around the house will lead you to the pool area in just a few steps. The spacious pool, which has an elegantly rounded entrance and invites you to swim, is surrounded by a tiled terrace with sun loungers. The view is fascinating no matter where you stand: either over the neighbouring bushes out into the wide landscape towards the building, in front of which the two palm trees and the fixed parasol stand. If you find your perfect spot on one of the numerous sun loungers, perhaps with a cool drink at the ready, you can unwind and relax in complete peace and quiet. Simply great: this is the perfect holiday! The path to the house is paved and surrounds the open gravelled areas. In two steps you reach the terrace, which is generously covered over the entire length of the single-storey building. In addition to the rustic dining table and cosy seating area, there is more than enough space for all kinds of activities. The exposed wooden beam ceiling is colour-coordinated with the windows and shutters, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The surrounding wall made of traditional brickwork rounds off the appearance. There is also a brick barbecue nearby, which invites you to prepare and eat food bought fresh from the neighbourhood. It's easy to spend a cosy hour here! Those looking for shade will find plenty of space under the two parasols and the covered terrace.

The floor of the house is completely tiled; the entire property catches the sun very well and is therefore very bright and inviting. On the ground floor of the building you will find the open-plan living room, which has been comfortably furnished with a mixture of modern and traditional furniture. You are guaranteed to have a great time on the cosy sofa area, by the fireplace or in front of the TV! Adjacent to this is the open-plan kitchen with dining area, which is fully equipped. There are two further bedrooms and two bathrooms on this floor, one of which also has a washing machine. On the upper floor there are two further double bedrooms, a bathroom and, as a special highlight, a small terrace where you can enjoy many pleasant hours in the sun. All bedrooms are functionally furnished and offer plenty of storage space thanks to built-in wardrobes. The bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs and showers. The rustic mirrors, beautiful accessories and bright lights will more than fulfil all your expectations.



The nearest town, Portocolom, a harbour town on the south-east coast, can be reached in just a few minutes by car. It is an attractive place with a small old town and a beautiful harbour. The villa is a good 200 metres as the crow flies from the main road that runs through the village and therefore has good transport links. Just a few kilometres south-east of the village of Felanitx is the mountain Puig de Sant Salvador, on top of which is the Santuari de Sant Salvador monastery, founded in 1342. Between Cala d'Or and Portocolom lies the bay of Cala sa Nau, which is known as a great diving area. Golf enthusiasts will be delighted by the close proximity to the Vall d'Or golf course.

The technically well-equipped Villa Once Pinos, which exudes a very traditional atmosphere, is privately located on a rural estate in the south-eastern part of the island, just a few kilometres from Portocolom. Beaches and towns are within easy reach from here.
