"Breakfast was fresh but limited in variety. Bar had sufficient variety. Lunch Variety was modest but taste of whatever I ate was good.. Staff was helpful and very polite. On my request, the manager sent one of his staff member to buy medicine for me as I was not well. My thanks to the staff for their help."

"Everything was perfect but my only complaint would be that the only option for a coffee and pasty before 9am is the full buffet in the 7th floor. Not everyone wants a full breakfast. It would be nice if the little coffee and pastry stand in the main floor opened sooner!"

"Excelente ubicación si tienes que viajar desde el aeropuerto de Madrid. Ya nos quedaba una noche en la ciudad y decidimos tomarnos un descanso, fue la mejor alternativa. Muy fácil de llegar, la ubicación es tranquila y aunque tienen estacionamiento, hay muchos espacios alrededor del edificio. Esta muy cerca del Centro Comercial, muy conveniente para hacer las ultimas compras. Limpio, cómodo y seguro."

"Main road entrance has worn out steel door that makes sounds like bombs, car park no sign for exit location or direction. Room cleaning only after 3 day stay is in small print, condescending staff."
