"This little cottage is located on a private road that has very little traffic. Great location for easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway and Mt.Airy ( Mayberry) . This little cottage fits right in with the theme of the Andy Griffith show. The furniture fits perfectly with the theme of the show, you would think that Aunt Bea is going to show up.The house has a large deck with a gas grill great for cooking out and relaxing after the cookout. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return."

"This was our first get away since moving to Virginia 3.5 years ago. Both my husband and I needed this in so many ways. Very relaxing and peaceful, listening to the creek ripples at night and the sound of Mother Nature.....oh my gosh. Neither one of us wanted to leave. We will be back very soon. Fancy Gap is fantastic. Thank you"

"Very nice property! Located close to the BlueRidge Parkway and I77, this rental was clean and well kept, with beautiful views from the large deck and so peaceful. Hostess stayed in contact throughout the stay. Highly recommend!"

"We only stayed for a quick night on our way to South Carolina. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The scenery is beautiful and it is very quiet. I wish we had more time to stay."
