We kept thinking maybe we could at least make it for a couple of days, but his doctor said he shouldn't travel at this time.Our host Kathy was amazing. She was so understanding and kind throughout the entire process. We've stayed at this same cabin before and she is one of the biggest reasons we wanted to go back. The cabin and the property are beautiful. Kathy makes sure you have everything you need, and the cabin is clean and cozy. My husband loved the fire pit and property so much that I practically had to drag him over to visit relatives. I can't wait to go back!"

Dining out tips: I highly recommend Mel's Old Time Cafe for breakfast & Ugly Mug for dinner. Both were very close & fantastic!"

"Cozy secluded cabin was perfect for disengaging from the business of life and slowing down for a while. The wood stove was a treat after being outdoors on winter days. Hosts were responsive to messages and clearly attentive to details, i.e. they ensure there were enough washcloths for the duration of our stay! (This is surprisingly uncommon)."
