« The cottage is cosy and warm and has all the necessary facilities to have an enjoyable stay. The kitchen is well appointed, the shower has good pressure, the beds are comfortable and the Netflix (and lots of other channels) worked well. The wifi reception isn’t super strong however it worked fine. There are lovely walks from the property and Neath is close by. There is comprehensive info on local shops, history and restaurants etc. Would definitely recommend. »

« This the third time we have stayed at Victoria House and i have run out of superlatives the house is comfortable everything needed for a stay is provided just five minutes down the road is the truly excellent Inn of the sticks restaurant which is dog friendly and Llansteffan is a friendly place and the property is well placed to visit the Gower or Pembrokeshire coast The property is truly dog friendly and ideally placed for playing on the beach or walks along the nearby coastal path »

« The place was filthy! Whilst the bedding looked like it'd been changed, and fresh towels had been laid, nothing else had been cleaned. There was dog fur and hair all over the floors, the kitchen and all the plates/ cutlery were greasy, and the toilets hadn't even been flushed since they were last used! We also arrived to a broken (low battery) fire alarm. We were staying with our baby. When we enquired about fixing it, we were told to take the battery out or ignore it, with a promise it'd be...

"Probably this hôtel has seen better days but it is actually well maintained, besides some scratches in the carpets and broken screws. The façade is currently being renovated. It is very well located in Swansea and easy to find It was quite empty so rather calm when we were here. The plus is definetly the extra super friendly and helpful staff. At the front desk and for the breakfast we had a wonderful experience, the people where super friendly and helpful. We had a very nice price so it's a good value deal. Would recommend."
