Château Margam Castle

The hotel is situated on a main road just outside of Bridgend. The building is rustic with a quaint charm that puts you instantly at ease. The lady on reception was really warm and helpful. My room was lovely and clean and the bathroom had both a shower and deep soak bath. The bed has this amazing mattress which was so soft that it enveloped you like a marshmallow and provided one of th best night's sleep I have had in a long while. Breakfast was cooked perfectly with ingredients of a quality you can tell they are locally sourced. The only drawbacks were I couldn't get the shower to provide hot water but the bath took care of that and the lock on the door got stuck meaning it was difficult to leave the room at times and could provide a hazard in the vent of a fire. Otherwise it was an idyllic stay.

Had a superb stay at the Little Crown Inn. The room and bathroom were both good sizes, clean and equipped with everything I needed including hair dryer. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I ate in the pub restaurant in the evening, lovely food and good service. I also had breakfast before leaving and they were very accommodating with my early start, and providing me with oat milk.

Un pub familial comme on se l'imagine avec quelques chambres simple et propre avec tout le confort nécessaire pour 2-3 nuits. Le personnel est adorable. Plutôt adéquat lorsqu'on a une voiture.
