« We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting the American Dream mall. There were 3 adults and an 8 year old. Nick was very welcoming and answered any questions in minutes. « Room and bathroom were really clean. Host was very nice and attentive. Always answered quickly and accommodated my needs. Convenient location. Due to the fact that the window of the room faced the street, the noise of cars and buses can be annoying if you need to rest. I would recommend asking for a room on the opposite side. Other than that, it is a no expensive and clean place to be close to the beach. »

« The place was great for visiting NY to see the Christmas lights and shows. Took public transportation from Newark airport which dropped us off at North Elizabeth station & we walked from there. Choice between bus & rail to get to New York City - bus stop was closer. Allow time for traffic especially if you have show tickets on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Short bus ride to the airport when we left - a different bus stop but dropped us at the terminal. The attic space was clean, a kitchen...
