« It was the perfect property for our long weekend with kids who really only wanted to swim! The pool on the property was sparkling clean and well kept. Myself and my daughters stayed and we spent so much time trying to take in all the special touches like the history of the house and of Shirley, very cool to read about! « This was just as listed. It is a cozy cottage close to the lake. We keep our boat at Choctaw Marina, so this worked out perfect for us. The communication with the owner was fast and all of our questions were answered. We had some family visiting the lake on the last day and the owner let us extend our check out by an hour. We will definitely reserve this cabin again. »

« The property is a bit deep in the woods but just a couple minutes drive away from some places to eat and the lake. It has wifi and a good amount of space for multiple people. I wasn’t able to find the hot tub mentioned in the listing, but I didn’t ask the owners since it got late into the night before we thought to look for it. The owners are good at communicating with customers if you do have any issues though, and they left us good recommendations on local spots. »
