« Wonderful quiet space for visiting the New Hope area. Nicely stocked coffee/tea bar in kitchen including some snacks. Very clean and comfortable. The area had a storm while we were there and lost power but this place has a generator that kicked on and we continued to have power. »

« We had a wonderful stay at Tom and Sharon’s River House while in town for a family wedding. The drive was convenient to do all the Philadelphia sightseeing, and it was only a mile away from the wedding venue, which was the initial draw, but not the reason why this property stands out in our minds. « The house was clean, well stocked, and comfortable for 5 adult women. Loved the location- made it so easy to walk everywhere and not have to worry about driving! Only thing to be aware of is the stairs are steep! Thanks John! »

« Beautiful house and property on top of the mountain as described. The place was impeccably clean and offered everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing. Amazing host! Will definitely like to come back. »

« The house needs a lot of work. Smells really musty, parts of backyard fence were down so couldn’t let dog out alone. There was no grill (listed in amenities) in backyard but there was an old toilet on its side and a can of spray foam with the foam leaking out. Lots of patches and thing’s attached using duck tape. »

« There was a small issue with our stay and when I called up the property owner, she was absolutely amazing. She worked every possible angle to try and fix the issue. Even though we didn't come to a resolution, she was fair and extremely generous with her time. As for the property itself - very cute and comfy. I wish that it had worked out. Maybe next time! »
