"Was in town for work and needed a nice clean place to stay and it did the trick!"

"We liked the property’s location since we were attending a wedding only a mile or so away. Don’t expect the Ritz, it is a hotel in a lake resort area. The property is being renovated, the rooms are clean and well supplied."

"Always will stay here while in Batesville"

"Good and clean property for the money. Always a nice stay."

"I give 5 stars for this cute cottage. It was exactly what we were needing for our visit with family in Ash Flat, Arkansas. Located right in town close to restaurants and Walmart if you forgot to bring everything you need for your trip."

"Peaceful, clean environment, easy to find and communication with host was pleasant. It is close to the River, Lake, pools and restaurants."

"Excellent"

"Was really good place to stay"

"The key card wouldn’t open the door unless you lifted up the door handle and gave the door a push with your body weight. Slow draining sink, toilet had to jiggle the handle to get water to stop running. Water was hot with good pressure. Facility needs a complete remodel. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"Nice"

"This property was very peaceful and serene. Lovely lake views from main floor and upstairs. We opened the shades upstairs at night so we could see the lake when we woke up each morning. It was absolutely lovely."

"Great host, location perfect for my needs!"

"Great stay"
