« Decent stay. Neighborhood is a bit edgy, but the house is safe. Laundry is in a common area for the building, not the apartment. They didn’t have enough bedding for the pull out, and we paid for an extra guest, so that was not good. House is nicely appointed. Circular stairs make a lot of noise when used. Sneaking anywhere isn’t possible! Was a great location for going to a football game. »

For one, it is not made clear in the listing that there is an exterior door in the bedroom that leads directly to the parking lot (1st floor unit). Everything was fine, the door locks, but it made me uncomfortable the first two nights. The “patio” area is also the entrance to the parking lot. « Lovely layout and responsive hosts. Fantastic location. If you can’t handle neighbor noise at 2am, maybe not your best choice. Perfectly appointed for our needs, except there isn’t a full length mirror. Ducts are clearly not unit specific because the contact high and DJ-ed music were piped in clear as day. But when you’re coming to enjoy the city and visiting with friends it’s a great location, easy to get to and surrounded by all things wonderful about OTR. I’d stay again. »
