"The staff was amazing- excellent customer service. From front desk, to spa, to house keeping, to waiters, to porters- wonderful interactions. Breakfast was great- loved the omelettes. It was clear that pastries were a day or two old at times and butter tasted like fridge once. That is ok. The view from the breakfast room looked wonderful but it’s really just of the soccer stadium (see photo attached). Unfortunately the room description was very misleading. Our view was a sliver of the Bosphorus....

"The staff was excellent! Special mention to Hussein who went out of his way to be helpful! The location was excellent to walk to all of the tourist sites and the tramway was also close by. The room (partial sea view room) was quiet and just the right size. We have never stayed in a budget hotel and were hesitant but if you want to be in the right place to walk to everything then this hotel is the one to stay at. The floor in our room was filthy when we checked in but we asked for it to be washed...

"The staff was very helpful 24/7 any questions they were helpful, great location there alot of dining spots open super late around 1 am and stores too. Public transportation is like 1-2 munute walk also the ferry is like 5 mins walk very easy i love the spot and everything "

"This hotel is located near the main attractions like St sophia and blue mosque. It is convenient to take trans to get around too. The room we booked had fair size with a balcony where you can sit aorund the table and get fresh air. There was a tiny elevator which made much easier for us to go up to our room on 4th floor with luggages. The towels and the sheets were kind of wornout. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. They assited us with booking taxi and cruise. The manager...

"Great budget hotel near Taksim square in central Istanbul. We booked it last minute after our flight got cancelled (during Covid in Spring 2021) for a 2 night stay and it was very comfy for a budget hotel (en the higher end of this category perhaps). Rooms are nice, clean and well decorated albeit very small. The area is super central but VERY busy and noisy, and not so nice looking (not terrible either)"
