A perfect stay in Gloucester!

"Reasonably priced and very centrally located! Our room was immaculate and the bed was very comfy. We visited beautiful Cape Ann during a heat wave and the AC was working perfectly in our room. Breakfast in the dining room was excellent. We plan to return to Castle Manor Inn!"

"Great apartment and location in a quaint and historic New England town. Nice river view. Short walk to downtown and walking path by the river. Beautiful flowers in bloom everywhere! The apartment was clean and kitchen was very well stocked. Communication with the hosts was excellent."

Marvelous 3 bedroom near historical Salem, Ma

Missing Necessities

"The overall description from the posting was a bit misleading. There were 3 bedrooms however no where in the description did it say the 3 rd bed room was a futon. There were no blankets, pillows, or sheets visible in the room with the futon. There was no toilet tissue in the downstairs bathroom or a hand towel or paper towel to wipe your hands. I finally tracked down one hand towel. No paper towels in the kitchen. No wash clothes for showers or night face washing. The deck was very nice as well as the living room, dining room and kitchen. It’s n a central location with eateries within walking distance"

"We stayed here for a weekend family event and were very pleased with our choice. The apartment is meticulous, quiet and well appointed. Wish we'd had more time to enjoy the yard, but morning coffee on the porch was lovely. the owner was easily reached and helpful. We'd happily stay again."

"Very cute house that's close in proximity to major landmarks in MA. I loved being able to sit out on the deck in the morning before starting my day. The host is responsive and attentive, definitely would book again!"

Coastal Cottage on Private Island, overlooking the Essex Great Marsh

Gem of a spot

"Can't say enough about how great this rental is. Even with bad weather it is in a beautiful location, so quiet and peaceful. The house is clean and cozy, comfy bed and nice kitchen. It has a very cool architectural mix of an asian vibe and being on a boat, minimalist but has everything you need. The hosts were so friendly and helpful with us using our coastal row boats from their dock. The tide swings greatly so just know you can't always use the dock at low tide unless you want to walk in the mud but we still had plenty of time to use it. There is also so much to do nearby/within 30 minutes drive at most to lots of great attractions but many much closer. We will definitely be going back!"

Ipswich Cottage w/Beautiful Views, 5 Mins to Beach

Perfect!

"The cottage was a perfect place for my family and I to stay while visiting New England! Chris was very easy to communicate with and gave outstanding recommendations on places to go and see. The cottage is older, with some history, just like the surrounding areas. After battling the traffic in Boston and Salem, we loved the ability to come back to our private cottage on the hill and just relax. We enjoyed the stay and area and will definitely be back again."
