"We don’t stay anywhere else when we visit Pensacola. The resort is always amazing, it has everything you could possibly need, and staff is always friendly. However, this time, one particular person went above and beyond for our stay. I can’t say enough about Taylor and how hard she pulled to do everything she could to provide us the accommodations we requested (as it was a very, very special circumstance). I will never forget her thoughtfulness and true compassion that she showed. She’s as top notch as the property itself."

"The room was very clean and the property was clean. The only thing was the checking date, I arrived a couple of hours prior to check in time, Clerck at front desk seemed like she was talking with manager and advised the room was not ready. She requested my number and stated they would call ‘em once it was ready. I they never did. This was the only dissatisfaction I had with over all stat."
