  • Windemere 401 is a 3-bedroom, 3-bath Gulf-front condo on the 4th floor in Perdido Key. With 1,600 square feet of living space, it accommodates up to 8 guests and offers Gulf views, a private balcony, direct beach access, and amenities.

    ABOUT THE PROPERTY
    The open living and dining area features comfortable seating, cable and satellite TV, and smart TV options. The fully equipped kitchen includes appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, and a standard coffee maker. A private balcony overlooks the beach and Gulf.

    The primary bedroom has a king bed, the second a queen bed, and the third two twin beds. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space. The condo has three full bathrooms with features including walk-in showers and a jetted tub.

    Additional conveniences include Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, linens, bath towels, and hair dryers.

    AMENITIES & FEATURES
    Windemere offers direct beach access, a community swimming pool, hot tub, fitness room, and shared gas grilling facilities. Complimentary parking and elevator access are provided.

    The smoke-free condo welcomes families and extended winter stays. Up to two pets may be allowed, subject to restrictions and fees.

The check in and check out was easy. The location is perfect with the beach view and steps out to being on the beach. You are one floor above the pool and across the street from great food and drinks. Looking forward to booking here again in the future.

Great experience! Property was clean and easy to find. Our room was clean, spacious, and had the perfect view of the water! The beach area offered chairs and umbrellas to rent, or you could bring your own. The parking garage is a little tight for larger trucks/suvs(as most are), but they do offer more parking across the street to accommodate the larger or 2nd vehicle.

It was a really nice condo but I had three things that I thought could have been better- 1) there were ants on the bar in the kitchen 2)there were no safety bars at all in the walk-in shower in the twin beds bathroom 3)the twin beds were so uncomfortable and shaky whenever you moved on them. Either a full or queen would have been perfect. Everything else was really nice

Check in is super easy and right down the street from the complex. Parking is a little difficult when parking in number 95 (reserved for the unit), tight fit between the truck beside us and the support beam for the garage. Plenty of room for six of us (enough seating for 8 in the dining room and living room). Views are BEAUTIFUL from the balcony, living room and master bedroom. 4th floor so you can easily take the stairs from the parking garage. No long wait for the elevators. Beach is beautiful. Nice pool on the 3rd level, you can swim and look out to the ocean if you want! Family sized washing machine and dryer in the unit. Great stay on a less busy beach with plenty to do nearby!!! We'd definitely book again!
