"Would have been more convenient if there was food available after 9 pm. We arrived late and were unable to have a meal."

" When we entered the room, we noticed hairs on the floor, which made the room feel unclean. Also, Checking in we had to wait at the front desk because there was nobody in there. The front desk staff initially directed us to a room, but the key card did not work, so we had to return to the desk to ask what happened. He had written “239,” but it was not clear, and the actual room was 234. This caused unnecessary inconvenience, and unfortunately, there was no apology for the mistake. We hope this feedback helps improve future guest experiences."

"Disappointing that the swimming pool wasn’t open. Other than that staff was very friendly and helpful especially the staff in the restaurant!! Excellent service. My only complaint would be having to pay for bottled water. We spent 5 nights at the hotel, bottle water should be supplied in your room everyday."
