« I immediately noticed a strong mildew/mold odor upon arrival. We adjusted the AC and left for dinner - figuring it would help. Upon returning at 8:30 I decided to ask the front desk for a new room- they were booked so that wasn’t an option for us.
They offered us two choices - I could either have a dehumidifier placed in the room or find another hotel if I didn’t feel comfortable due to my allergies.
Based on it being 8:30 at night and busy season I didn’t feel like I had a choice other than...

« The hosts were so nice and helpful with us.
The room was clean, spacious and the king bed very comfortable.
The breakfast was healthy and generous!
We also enjoyed the pool.

« It was fine, but our room was right by the fitness center on one side so we heard noises whenever people went in, in the swimming pool was right outside her room. Property is right next to the road, so that means it can be very noisy for breakfast. If you go to the next door, restaurant, or sit by the harbor or are even in the pool. It's an older property, well maintained but some odd features »
