We had a very friendly and helpful welcome and generally the team members we spoke to during our stay were super helpful. The room had a nicely updated bathroom, but was otherwise a bit tired. Housekeeping had done a wonderful job making sure it was as clean as it could be, although long term stains in the carpet suggest it should have already been replaced. Bed was comfortable and we didn't have any problems with noise, but there weren't that many people staying. The breakfast offered was basic, but there was plenty. The team member on the first day was super organised and nothing ran out before it was replaced. Staff were very friendly and the restaurant was accommodating with good food. Rooms were clean and the patio was lovely in the evenings and mornings. During a heat wave they felt hot and stuffy-bring a fan.
