« Bon côté: le personnel est accueillant, serviable et l'hôtel est propre et sur. Le petit déjeuner est copieux . Mauvais Côtés: L'hotel est à 2h de Kampala avec le traffic, La mauvaise surprise était de découvrir qu'il n'y a pas de wifi dans les chambre mais uniquement à la réception et dans la salle à manger. Il n'y a pas de climatiseur dans la chambre ni aucun des services et équipements de l'hotel promis à la réservation. »

« Nothing on the website is similar to the actual hotel.Wrong picture,wrong name,I had to ask people who lived near the so called hotel to ask for the hotel but to no avail.Because no buddy knows any hotel with that name in that location.When I call the hotel nobody answered my calls or called me back.So I had to book another hotel after spending more than 3 hours waiting.I am disappointed that Expedia putting this kind of scam on the website. »
