"dated and run down. unhelpful staff, no amenities. almost scarey"

"Room 127-The hot tub had brown foam floating on the top and there were no towels in the pool area. The pool area was overly crowded. We had a 1st floor parking lot view room and it was very loud at night with people yelling and revving their engines. Our room was for 5 so we had a pull out couch that the springs were nearly poking out of and there was not a comforter provided. When I asked the front desk for one he didn’t think they had one but ended up finding one for us luckily. I took a Luke warm shower but then there was no hot water for the other four in our family to shower. The front desk said that it’s because the hotel was full and the hot tub was taking all the hot water. Positive notes- we were able to book tjis room last minute and I didn’t see any bugs in our room"

"It’s a holiday inn express you’re getting exactly what you need for a lower cost than some other hotels. Was out all day & only there for the night but everything was as expected. "

"the rooms were absolutely disgusting, stains on sheets and walls, broken chairs, broken sink. we also felt very unsafe and had the man in the room next to use make leud comments and actions towards us. staff was made aware and walked us to the room which was great but still just not a good experience at all "
