"This property is located in a beautiful location at the Foothills of Camelback Mountain. I didn't realize it was pet friendly until I realized almost every other person had a pet. One of the dogs went to the bathroom in the lobby while we checking in. I heard the barking of a dog from my room. I prefer a non-pet friendly hotel"

"This is a very nice hotel with spectacular views. It’s slightly dated, but that is also what gives this hotel its charm. You can tell it’s been around for awhile and has a lot of history. The dinner was delicious, the beds were comfortable, and the fireplace in the lobby was wonderful. My only complaint is there was a wedding taking place when we stayed, and for the most part, it was fine. However, around 1:00am, guests from the wedding brought the party back to their room, which was right next...

"The hotel and property are exceptional. The only complaint I have is that late night room service was advertised until 4 a.m. and we could not get in touch with anyone. We called multiple times, and ended up calling the front desk to have them find someone. This was a bit frustrating. Other than that, due to the casino being a smoking casino, the hallways still smelled a bit smoky, as did our room, despite it being nonsmoking. "
