It is located in a quiet neighborhood only three blocks from Main St. in Ennis and only minutes from the famous Madison River. The west entrance of Yellowstone National Park is an hour's drive south, and several other renowned lakes are nearby. Hiking, hunting, fishing, and horseback riding are all at your fingertips! Both the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park and the Bozeman airport (BZN) is an hour's drive away. Fishing, hiking, hunting, and horseback riding are all at your fingertips! Close to downtown and our cousins - we had four glorious days fishing on the Madison with Eaton Outfitters and to come back to this home was perfect! My husband and I stayed here with my daughter's family, including 2 elementary age boys. The house was immaculate. We cooked most of our meals in and had all the dishes, glasses, pots/pans, utensils we needed. It was nice to be so close to downtown Ennis. We also appreciated the use of the outdoor grill and the use of the garage. The owner, was a joy to work with, and always returned my communications promptly. We loved the house and the proximity to town as well as the river for fishing. It was a very nice and clean house that have every amenity you could possibly need while on vacation. I had been to Ennis a few times and was a little nervous about what kinds of family sized VRBO’s there would be. I love Ennis, and will be staying here again!! This house was on a quiet street, with nice people as neighbors. We felt like we were part of the neighborhood. Inside, it was decorated beautifully(loved all the art), as if it had been built to be owner occupied. Nice appliances, window coverings, and furniture. Even bikes in the garage!! Master bedroom had a great bed, and bathroom was very nice. The other two rooms held our kids and worked great! This was the perfect sized house as we had good common space to congregate, and then we could spread out for some peace and quiet. We stayed here at the end of a two week road trip through national parks, and can’t explain how amazing it was to sit on the front porch and watch a spectacular lightning storm pass over…without crowds or people noise. We like to stay in nice places, and this most certainly held up to our standards! This was by far the nicest place we stayed on our two week trip! Very kept up house and property in a perfect location Super easy would recommend to anyone wanting to stay.
