The staff are brilliant they can’t do enough for you a couple of hiccups were dealt with very quickly and professionally the breakfast’s were very good and Louise was great at looking after us. "Didnt stay due to my wife being rushed into hospital the day we should of arrived phoned them on the evening to tell them we wont be comonig no answer . Phoned nxt day and they said thats fine we'll speak to manager no reply for a day then phoned back they said the same we will speak to manager and while all this is going on they charge me for the room i didnt stay in and a week later still waiting for that phon call"

I never received the information so I had to call and that resulted in a delay in check-in. Other than that everything was perfect. "
