« The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The food in the Jetty restaurant was excellent and of a very high standard. The only negatives was the room we had was facing the inland road side of the hotel was very noisy in the day from traffic and appeared to be no air con in the room . The outside seating areas were a little tired and could do with an upgrade which was in sharpe contrast to the restaurant which was fantastic. « The rooms were freezing and when we informed the manager we were told that the heating was broken. It was about 3 degrees outside that night and they didn’t even attempt to give us an electric heater or anything. »
