"got to hotel and reported toliet was broken..not fixed for 2 days..bed linens were never changed in 3 days..called main desk to request towels on 2nd day they had none!!..3rd day went to main lobby to retrieve towels..terrible management letting the whole hotel become run down,,,never stay there again"
