Very large upstairs with lots of room and areas to sleep and a large bedroom on the main floor. We had a warm February stay full of sunshine and mild temps. « The cabin is situated with no other cabins in view. Beautifully decorated Minnesota Cabin thats extremely functional. The boat was perfect for this lake even with high winds you can easily get around. The wildlife on the island made the trip. We cant wait to come back. »

« We had a great stay at this cabin. We came up for a weekend but all wished could of stay longer! It had everything we could ask for. The lake was beautiful and serene. The woods/ landscape were full of nature. The cabin was nicely furnished and very comfortable. We had three adults, and it had plenty of room for us without even using the bunkhouse. If you are looking for a peaceful lakeside cabin this is the one for you. We would stay absolutely stay here again but next time more then two...

« what a beautiful area, at the end of the gunflint trail. i was there before ice out so it was very quiet, beautiful surroundings and a very comfortable room. nice clean bathroom with good shower. this would be a perfect place to stay before and/or after a canoe trip into the BWCA. make sure you have everything you want because it is an hour drive into Grand Marais, that is part of the beauty of this place. i had great communication from the property owners, i will definitely staying there again. »
