We loved the fire pit, and enjoyed the convenience of being close to town and many of the local attractions. The online site says that dogs aren't allowed in the cabins, only cats, but we confirmed with Tanner that dogs are more than welcome. It was wonderful having our pup with us to enjoy the adventure! We highly recommend booking with Tanner and Voyageur North Outfitters directly to save money on the booking fees through Vrbo and other online sites! If you need some ideas or recommendations for things to see while you stay in Ely, Tanner is the guy to ask. He is a top tier host! ##### Ali M. An added touch was fresh flowers which I loved. I loved the log cabin, the fact it had a private fire circle with adirondaks and wood, and that my dog was welcome!! The location to town is convenient. Even tho it was off the main drag, once inside the log cabin, it was very quiet. Tanner and Silkie were very easy to communicate with and the key was in a convenient lock box. I would definately stay again!
