Front desk was SO quick to respond to anything needed. FYI, no hot tub, but the pool was still fun, heated, and the area was VERY clean! Shout out to the FABULOUS housekeeping staff that OVERHEARD me saying to my kiddos we'd need to ask for more towels and dropped them with us just because she heard me mention it within FIVE minutes of me saying it!...
