"Quiet, Comfortable, Clean and Affordable"
My father and I were pleased with the facility. It's clear that the building is not new, but it is well maintained. It was near enough to major thoroughfares, but still felt like it was off the beaten path, which equaled peace and quiet for us. The room had two sinks (one inside and one outside the bathroom), a mini fridge, a flat screen TV, a card table and chairs and two comfortable queen size beds. The room was clean, the towels were replaced and the beds were straightened up each day. The A/C unit is a wall-mount beneath the large picture window. It made a bit of a hum, but it wasn't annoying and it kept the room nice and cool. The continental breakfast was lacking eggs, but included cereal, waffles, fruit, bagels, toast, coffee, OJ, and milk. The dining area was pretty small (only two or three small tables I think), but there was a pavilion outside on the lawn with plenty of extra seating.
If you're looking for something small, quiet, quaint and affordable, yet still clean and well maintained, this place will suit you well. If you want the Marriott, you probably didn't make it far enough to read this review.
